Since 2007, Braincasket is an energetic brutal death metal band from the Fryslan the Netherlands. In July 2011, Braincasket released a new 3-track demo called 'Methods Of Persuasion'. It contains three brutal tracks, which are entitled 'Go With No Face', 'Sick Sense Of Acid' and 'Methods Of Persuasion'. Since then, Braincasket was ready to play on bigger festivals, not only in the Netherlands but also in other European countries, like Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Austria and Slovakia.

On stage, Braincasket did some great live shows together with bands as Origin, Kataklysm, Krisiun, Flesh God Apocalypse, Katalepsy, Defeated Sanity, Putridity and Carnivore Diprosopus.

This year, their debut album „Ratchet Of Perdition” will be released. Fast blastbeats are varied with slow pumping headbang riffs, combined with aggressive dual growls.

Influences are bands as Unmerciful, Origin, Beheaded, Gorgasm, Dying Fetus, Hour of Penance, Deeds of Flesh, Defeated Sanity, Ingested, Abominable Putridity, Suffocation, Brain Drill, Disavowed, Cryptopsy, Visceral Bleeding, Immolation, Severe Torture, etc, etc.

On the internet, the Braincasket fanbase is growing fast. Since April 2010, on ReverbNation more than 10.000 fans joined Braincasket.
