The men behind the band Beehive Plains are Karl Gasleben (Twice a man), Peter Davidson (Blue for Two and The Butterfly Effect) and Olle Niklasson (who has been playing music with Bill Wyman, Ronnie Wood, Union Carbide Productions, among others).
Besides the album, they also released the digital-only single version of Metric Landmarks (release date 2013-02-22) backed with the cover version of the song Planet Caravan by Black Sabbath.
Their second album, Gong, was released digital-only in December 2014.
