Martin Birch
Martin Birch (27 December 1948 – 9 August 2020) was a British music producer and sound engineer. Though mostly known for his work with bands like Deep Purple (1970-1976), Rainbow, Whitesnake, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath and Blue Öyster Cult, Birch also produced bands as varied as Fleetwood Mac (1969-1973) and The Electric Chairs in the '70s, before retiring in 1992.
