Canadian singer-songwriter born in Drummondville, Québec (circa 1953), she is visually impaired by birth. Founder of the Label Tobie and Les Productions Tobie Inc. She is nicknamed “La Nana Mouskouri Du Québec". Lucille Dumont was her teacher of diction and singing.
Her first album, "Avec Mon Coeur, Avec Mes Doigts", recorded by P.A.X. Inc. in 1977, was a bestseller with 31,000 45-rpm sales. But this company with which she had signed a contract went bankrupt.
