Swedish opera singer (baritone), born March 22, 1947 in Piteå.

He studied singing for Arne Sunnegårdh, Margareta Sunnegårdh and Erik Saedén, as well as for Luigi Ricci, Rome and Vagn Thordal, Copenhagen. In addition to singing, he studied music at Framnäs Folk High School's music lines 1965–1970 with French horn as the main instrument, as well as studies at the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm 1971–1977 in the solo singing class and the conductor class. Diploma in solo singing 1977. School of Music Drama in Stockholm 1979–1980.

He is the father of Ida Sandlund.
