Soul Intent also known as Bassmint Productions was an American hip hop group formed by Detroit brothers Mathew Ruby & Michael Ruby (3)

As Soul Intent didn't have enough money for studio time, they started their own label that only lasted from 1992 to 1995. Soul Intent consisted of rappers Eminem (M&M), Proof (3) (Maximum), Chaos Kid, Vitamin C (6), Caucasian Pimp and MC Howard Funk. And two singers Delirious D. and V-Top. And two DJ's, DJ Butterfingers and DJ Stezo. With one producer Manix (6). The group released several demo tapes, including "Steppin' On To The Scene", "Still In The Bassmint" and "F#@!in' Backstabber"
