He was acting and singing in musical theatre including the musical "Charlie Girl". He emigrated to Australia with his wife, actress Olivia Hamnett, and appeared in the Australian production of "Charlie Girl" in 2001. He appeared mainly on Australian television and was a regular on television drama The Box (1974-1977)
