He is a Brazilian composer and writer. There were songs recorded by several performers, from Rio Grande do Sul and Rio de Janeiro, with special emphasis on Moda de Sangue (Jerônimo Jardim and Ivaldo Roque), by Elis Regina, on the album Saudade do Brasil (1980) and twice as a soundtrack for a soap opera by Rede Globo (Coração Alado and Tower of Babel). He was part of the Pentagrama Group, which made a name for itself in the 1970s in Rio Grande do Sul, with which he recorded the album Pentagrama for Gravadora Continental (1977).
