Eddie Korosa

Real name: Adam “Eddie” Korosa

American polka accordion player, bandleader and songwriter.
Born: 6 Jul 1918 Chicago, Illinois Died: 8 Jul 1998 (aged 80).
In 1951, Korosa wrote his signature hit, "The Baby Doll Polka" and recorded it with his band, the "Merry Makers."
He was the owner of the "Baby Doll Polka Club" in Chicago. Father of accordion player Eddie Korosa, Jr..
