Musician and songwriter from Memphis, Tennessee. As well as several Memphis projects, Regan was also a member of Austin, Texas-based indie pop band Oh No Oh My.
Regan was born in Chicago and raised in Memphis. In the late 1990s, Regan attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he led pop band Liftoff. After he graduated in 2001, he returned to Memphis and joined Brad Postlethwaite in the indie band Snowglobe. He formed his own band Antenna Shoes in 2007 with members of a previous band he formed called The Pirates.
He has also been based in Nashville and North Carolina, Other artists he has worked with include Holly Williams, Sparklehorse, and Amy LaVere,
