Real name: Guidry, Registe, Romany Malco

R.M.G. (Registe Malco Guidry) were a hip-hop group that formed in the mid-1980's in Houston-suburb of Baytown, Texas. The group made a name for themselves performing at local clubs and parties. They eventually signed a record deal on the California-based Party Crew Records and relocated to Southern California. R.M.G. eventually re-scuffled their lineup, re-naming themselves The College Boyz, and eventually scored a record deal on Virgin Records America, Inc.. Group member Romany Malco would eventually go on to be a successful actor after the College Boyz disbanded.
