Saåad is an experimental drone/ambient music project from Toulouse, France.

Started in 2009 as a solo project of Romain Barbot. After releasing six individual works on various independed record labels, Romain has involved Grégory Buffier into working and expanding sound trajectories together, and since late 2011 Saåad became a duo of Romain Barbot and Grégory Buffier.

In 2018 Grégory Buffier left, and since that time Saåad again became a solo project of Romain Barbot.
