Biography
Peter Johann Peters
(born March 13, 1820 in Breyell, † July 7, 1870 in Cologne) was a German musician and composer. His most famous compositions are the Westfalenlied „Ihr mögt den Rhein, den stolzen, preisen" ("You may like the Rhine, the proud, praise") and the Rheinlied „Strömt herbei, ihr Völkerscharen“.
