Andrei Petrovich Mistyukov was born 1919, Velichaevskoye, Stavropol province, Russia, and died April 1987 in Lipetsk, Russian Federation.He was a Soviet composer and music organizer, connoisseur and curator of national song art, where he headed the Воронежский Академический Русский Народный Хор from 1968-1973.
