Power electronics trio from Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA, active during 1991-1994. Prior to Culture War, member Kent Moss originally recorded & perfomed under the name of Jonestown Census. After Culture War disbanded, Moss continued recording under the names of The Minion Project and Electronomicon. Members Josh Burge and Tim Straley went on to open infamous music/book/clothing store, Subterranean.
