"Sean Beard, the mastermind behind "Juggalo Power Electronics" and probably its sole proprietor, doesn't take his concept so far that he's delivering Philip Best-style distorted rants about Jokers Card and Dark Carnivals, but he is well known for gatecrashing other people's shows in full 'Shaggy 2 Dope' face paint just for the hell of it. Formed in 2005 in Western, NY, and prominent throughout the 2010's, 'Waves Crashing Piano Chords' final live performance would take place in 2019, with his sole full length, 'It Turns Me On Because It Shouldn't' being released three years later."
