Fluchtweg was a german Punk Rock Band from Neuruppin, later East-Berlin Germany, active from 1984 till 2011/12.

They played punk rock with a saxophone as their signature instrument. Most of the songs, especially on the recent releases, are very up tempo.
The texts are mostly socially critical. The preferred means of expression is a glorification of grievances that is exaggerated to the point of ridicule.
