Jim Stern
US Engineer.
In 1968 he started as house drummer for Fantasy Records. Gradually Stern became one of the most popular recording engineer of 70s/80s. He worked for The Greg Kihn Band, Sammy Hagar, Taxxi, Rodney Franklin, April Wine, Sonny Rollins, Tom Coster, Freddie Hubbard, Cannonball Adderly, Jeffrey Osborne, Shooting Star, Cal Tjader, and Steve Douglas.
