Appeared on some of the earlier MC Sar & The Real McCoy releases ("It's On You", "Make A Move" & "No Showbo"). During the process of finding a new vocalist for the relaunch of the group with the Hansa label, Patsy was eventually replaced by Karin Kasar for the studio recordings. After lipsyncing Kasar in the videos and performing along with Olaf Jeglitza AKA O-Jay, and later with Vanessa Mason on stage until 1997, she left the group.
Patsy also recorded a solo single in 1990 ("Dreamin'") with the Freshline Records label, and after leaving Real McCoy, released another solo single "Money 4 Me".
