Producer/engineer/mixer and musician based in Seattle, WA since 1995. Bayles was a founding member of Minus The Bear but left in Jan 2006 to put his focus back on making records.

Bayles owns and operates Red Room Studio in Seattle and is known for his work with bands such as Isis, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Botch, Mastodon, The Fall of Troy, Minus The Bear, Burnt by the Sun and Norma Jean.
