*A.N.A.E.L. was created by Oilid Djelassi in 2001.

September 2001 : the first demo "Union" was released
Then, A.N.A.E.L. began to play some live shows with Manu on bass and JC on guitar.
February 2002 : "Union" became a 7 tracks C.D and A.N.A.E.L. appeared on some compilations ( including one for Dead Sun Records) (cf.discography)
September 2002 : A.N.A.E.L. made a remix of "Union" and composed a new one : "Prometheus".
These songs form the second demo :"Page 04"
"Union" and "Page 04" received many good reviews from many countries ... (cf. critics)
October 2002 : A.N.A.E.L. engaged a drummer : Jerome.
March 2003 : "Prometheus" is on Apocalyptic Productions compil
"Skeletons of Society vol.2"
March 2003 : "Page 04" is distributed by Necrocosm.
July 2003 : A.N.A.E.L. engaged a new guitarist : Julien.
