The owner and director of the Radio-Television "Melos" from Kraljevo. Zoran Jovanović was a graduate economist, as well as the head of the parliamentary group "Healthy Serbia" in the Assembly of the City of Kraljevo. He started his music career at the age of 19 and recorded one of the favorite songs of many generations, "One Woman Swears to Me".
He was dedicated to preserving the folk music and traditions of Serbian people. He started his professional career by founding a record company in 1984, ten years later he founded radio, and in 1997, television "Melos". He passed away on November 21st, 2021 at age of 60.
