American jazz drummer, arranger and composer.Played with : Boyd Raeburn (1948), Georgie Auld, Chubby Jackson, Charlie Barnet (1949), Elliot Lawrence (1952-'53), Lester Young, Al Cohn, Stan Getz and others.
He died of a heart attack at the age of 30.
