Mikael Westman is a Swedish singer, guitarist and songwriter. Born in 1973 in the small community Sjötorp north of Mariestad. Began playing guitar and writing songs as a 15-year-old and has since played with everyone from Thore Skogman to Freddie Wadling. In 1996 he formed the band Uncle Jam (3). After a trip to New Orleans in 2000, Mikael moved to Gothenburg where he started the blues band Gumbo (17). Since 2016, Mikael has been a regular singer with Kjell Gustavsson and The Rythm 'n' Blues Orchestra.
