Israeli acoustic trio founded in 2004. The band's name, הבּנות נחמה, is Hebrew for "The Comfort Girls". Their self-titled debut album was certified platinum in Israel within a few weeks of its 2007 release. They also had a number one single in Israel with the song "So Far" in 2008. HaBanot Nechama have toured and developed a large following in Europe and across the United States, where their music was used on the final episode of the TV series "The L Word".
