American bluegrass band from Springfield, Missouri formed by David Wilson (16) and Dudley Murphy in 1984. In 1985, they beat out Union Station (who featured 14-year-old Alison Krauss on fiddle) to win "Best New Bluegrass Band" at the Kentucky Fried Chicken bluegrass festival in Louisville, Kentucky.
