(Was) Concert Pianist and Associate Professor of Music at Bethel College. Received his Bachelor of Music degree at Wheaton College and his Master's at the American Conservatory of Music in Chicago. He received the Artist's Diploma at the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition in Fort Worth, Texas.

Was also Director of Narthex Recording, Inc. and founder of Afro-American Music Opportunities Association, Inc..
