Walter James "Herbie" Herbert II aka Sy Klopps (Born: February 5, 1948. Berkeley, California – Died: October 26, 2021) was an American music manager and musician, best known for his work with Santana and Journey, The Storm, and a vocalist for the Sy Klopps Blues Band. Herbert is a self-proclaimed hippie and fan of the Grateful Dead.
