American record producer, worked as A&R producer for RCA, formerly an independent producer for Avco Embassy, A&R Records and other companies and has been associated with Mercury, Roulette and Time Records. He was the son of Original Dixieland Jazz Band drummer Tony Sbarbaro aka Tony Spargo.Born: January 3, 1930 in New York City, New York
