Real name: Paul Sinclair
Born Paul Sinclair in Kingston Jamaica, original Studio One DJ.Jim Brown's musical career started in 1976 when he use to hang out at dancehalls and soundsystems such as Smiths the Weapon HiFi, Peoples Choice and El Ringo Disco.
In 1981 he signed with Studio One.
Worked alongside Jah Thomas on the Midnight Rock Label. In 1986 he joined Youthman Promotion.
