Real name: Geert Bierling

(1956) Dutch organ player and teacher.
Bierling studied organ, piano, harpsichord and church music at the Rotterdam Conservatory as well as carillon at the School of Arts in Utrecht in The Netherlands. In 1978 he won the Albert Schweitzer Organ Competition
At age eighteen he was appointed organist of the Pilgrim Fathers Church in Rotterdam Delfshaven. In 1990 he was appointed to carillonneur and in 1996 to organist of the city of Rotterdam.
From June 2010, he performs with the Giudici Ensemble, whose members play on authentic instruments.
