In 1988 Bill Langton aka Click Dark started PB as a Industrial Strength Dub Funk Band located in San Francisco. Always featuring live dub processing, shows would vary from full on 2 band-in-one-15 member assault to a street corner unit of 6 or 7 running on batteries.
