Stan Johnson

American rockabilly singer and songwriter.Johnson came into Ruby Records for an audition, early in February 1957. He started his career at a young age, with his own band, The Blue Chips.
He is best known for co-writing song "Big Black Train" with George Sherry; It was BMI's 2015 Song of the Year. Other prominent songs he wrote include "No Doubt About It", "Baby, Baby Doll", "I'm Gone Again", and "Puppy Love".
Married to guitarist/performer Cindy Dee.
