Real name: Joel Schwartz
American pianist and bandleader.He was pianist for Gene Kardos beginning in 1925, when both were playing the Keith vaudeville circuit in a six-piece group.
In December 1931, Gene Kardos and His Orchestra changed its name to Joel Shaw and His Orchestra.
