Theatre Of Ice was an American early Deathrock band formed in the Nevada desert in December 1978 which lasted until 1990/1991.
The original line up included Brent Johnson (vocals, guitar) and his brothers John Johnson (guitar, keyboards, and vocals), Eric Johnson (bass guitar), Mark Johnson (drums) and Lyle Johnson (electronics) and formed to record a soundtrack to a horror movie. In 1985 they split for good after issuing 'Mouse Blood', a compilation with a few new songs as farewell.
Brent and John moved to Utah for College where they met guitarist Dale Gerrard and resurrected the band for the next phase.
