Real name: Lionel Michael Stitcher

English songwriter and performer.
Born Lionel Michael Stitcher on 30 January 1940, Hove, Sussex, UK but he legally changed his name to Mitch Murray in 1968.
Best known for writing 60's hits "How Do You Do It" and "I Like It" for Gerry & The Pacemakers and "You Were Made For Me" by Freddie & The Dreamers among many others.
Awarded CBE in Queens Birthday honours list in 2019.

Married to Grazina Frame until 1980.
