Venezulan salsa musician, singer, pianist, composer, arranger and band leader (born 25 Dec. 1938), nicknamed "El Loco", he created the group Los Dementes in 1965, and later Los Kenya, befor moving to New York in the late 1960s, back in Venezuela in 1971, he created his own Orquesta.
