One of the band members decided to name the band "Ronald Ruck" because the band member liked Donald Duck or just added him as a mascot for a specific reason.
The band was first formed with "Anneke (Vocals), Flip (Drums), Flip (Bass), And Dirk (Guitar)" And recorded their first Demo (Ruck Off & Die) but yet wasn't accepted by any Record Labels
