Jo Lauret is a musician, singer and composer living on La Réunion island, in Indian Ocean, between Madagascar and Mauritius. His usual style is the sega. Since 1977 its music dances all the generations in the islands of the Indian Ocean. His tunes are simple and popular and specially made for the festive atmosphere. His brother Max Lauret is also well known in the island. They both have the same style.
