Based out of the Detroit area, Persona is the solo project of Michigan native Eric Cook, previously known for his work as the drummer for improv-space-noise-rock group Gravitar, and garage-blues-punk duo Bantam Rooster. Though working with electronic, computer and tape music experiments since 1991, it was in late 1997 that Eric switched the focus of his efforts towards Persona.
