14° Andar (1980-1985, Salvador) was a Brazilian / Bahian punk rock band formed by members Hélio Rocha (Vocal, Guitar), Jerry Marlon (Bass) and João Luís (Drums). At the beginning of his career, he performed in the Bahian capital and released an independent compact with the songs "Maravilhas do Capitalismo" and "Você Não Pode Se Calar". The following year, in 1985, he signed a contract with RGE and released the first studio album, produced by Mister Sam. The band ended activities near the release.
