Keyboardist/pianist and songwriter from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Joan Besen became a member of Prairie Oyster in 1982 and also plays with singer-songwriter David Celia.Besen is a founding member of the Songwriters Association Of Canada and board member of the Canadian Songwriter Hall Of Fame.
