Danish bass player, guitarist, vocalist and songwriter, active from the mid 1960's to the late 1980's. Playing in numerous bands, including Matadorerne (1965), Flemming & Page One (1967-68), Green Grass (2) (1970-71), Med Kærlig Hilsen (1972) and Hyldemors Grønsaligheder (1973-76). Released his only solo album Tommy Bas in 1978 which lead to the establishment of the Tommy Bas Band that remained active until 1984. Formed the trio Tommy Bas, Teglgaard og Breum in 1985 with guitarist John Teglgaard and drummer Jens Breum. This constellation folded in 1988.
