A Slovakian black metal band formed by Aldaron(vocals/guitar/bass) and Slavfist(drums) in 1998. Algor is a Latin word meaning "Frost".
They self-released their first demo, 'Emptiness', in 1999. In 2001 they self-released their second demo, 'Promo 2000/2001'. They were soon picked up by Eclipse Productions, who released their first official full length, 'Úder Pohanského Hnevu', in 2003. In 2005, they appeared on a split release with Korium and Hromovlad entitled 'Heathen Brotherhood', released by Krutoslav Productions.
