Noise Ramones is a duo of Eye·Ramone (Yamantaka Eye) and P-P·Ramone (Yoshimi), formed as a Boredoms side project circa 1996-1997. The artists named this duo after the title of an opening track on Pop Tatari album. Noise Ramones produced a remix for Super Roots 2 special EP and appeared on a few compilations, before releasing a split-single with OOIOO in 1997.

Three years later, Eye and Yoshimi collaborated with notorious noise performer and producer DJ Smallcock, who released their collaborative mini-album Rocket To DNA on his own dualpLOVER label in 2000. The CD contains one 20-min long composition by Noise Ramones and remixes by Smallcock.
