Romanian new wave pop band founded at Iasi, Romania in April 1997 and active until 2002. The band name consists of the initials of the band members first names: Victor Lavric, Ionut Ruscior and Pepino Daraban. In early 2002 Pepino Daraban left the band and continued as a duo but joined by a performing live crew. The band has disbanded after Ionut Ruscior moved from Iasi to Bucuresti.
