From: WisconsinThe Benders were four college friends that formed a band in 1964. They played college parties and night clubs. In 1966 they traveled to Big Sound Records to record the now classic garage 45, The Benders - Can't Tame Me / Got Me Down. After college the band broke up and the members went their separate ways.
