"Світязь" ("Svitiaz") was a Ukrainian pop group that had at one time, or another, many well-known artists like Василь Зінкевич. It started in 1970 as the group "Карпати" ("Karpaty") but later it was changed to "Світязь" — named after a lake in Ukraine.
