Julia Elena Dávalos (Salta, October 26, 1944), is an Argentine folklorist, musician, lyricist, composer, singer and artist. Daughter of musician Jaime Dávalos and granddaughter of writer Juan Carlos Dávalos, she is an integral folklorist who, in addition to singing, plays various instruments, such as the guitar, the charango, the bass drum, the cajon and the Venezuelan cuatro.
