Real name: Jean Roulet

Singer, guitarist and lyricist of Swiss origin. Nick name is Johnny Roulet. In 1957 was member of a vocal duo "The Paradise Brothers" with Gaston Schaefer. A year later, they split and Johnny started a solo career using Tony Rank as an artist name. Was associated with Swiss bands "Les Aiglons" and "Les Dauphins" in the mid 60's.

His complete birth name Is Jean René Roger Roulet (or Jean-René Roger Roulet ?). He's also used pen name Jean René Androny for some songs registered at SACEM. He his the father of of chanteuse RoBERT – Robert(13) – whose real name is Myriam Roulet. He wrote lyrics for a few of her songs (around 10).
